Quite a few of the snakes down there are quite poisonous. Can one of our forum members tell what type of snake it is?

Too hard to tell the type of snake due to very quick & moving footage.
It is a live snake colored brown. The"brown" snake is very poisonous, but whether that one is the same I can't tell. Had that happened to me. It would be a DEAD SNAKE! :shock: :mrgreen:

I've seen the same behavior with gulls dropping clams on rocks at the beach to crack them open. I suspect the hawk spotted that hard surface and dropped the snake with intent of killing it from the fall.
