I'll just bump this because it's good to see Coffee Pot posting and helping to preserve the P series guns. When the model line changes again and my SR becomes "less than new" I hope he's still around here to give me some advice. C'mon Coffee Pot! :)

I use Mollybdenum Disulfied Grease ( AeroShell 17 ) on my P90, P345 and Mini-14. A little bit goes a long way and it doesn't fly off..................................

This is an old thread. COFFEEPOT'S response was back in 08. I miss his inside Ruger technical info for sure!

I sent my P90 off and had a Metalife Coat put on it. I like the way it looks. In about 50 years, I'll give a report on how well the finish holds up. :)
