OK Heres the deal I am going to a gun show to trade my sp101 2" 357 mag. I am wanting to trade for a used semi auto I would like to get a 45 like a PT 145 mill pro or something like that but at this point I am open for just about anything within reason. I have the box all papers and a set of hogue grips and a couple of boxes of wwb 357 ammo. do you guys think that I will be able to do a even trade for my sp 101? It has been polished and is truly lnib. I will try to post a photo if I can get it to work. Let me know what you guys think.

You'll probably get more in private sale than trying to trade with a dealer. Around here, I'd expect about $300-325 in trade with a dealer but $375-425 by selling it outright.

That makes it altered, anyway you slice it and a dealer will know that and use it to his advantage.

Do yourself a favor and sell it outright, if the piece is that nice you should have no problem moving it, post it here in the classifieds if you choose. It would be in your best interest. Ask questions if you need help.
