Had a nice Beagle that was gun shy. Took her out in a boat fired my gun, she jumped in water, I let her swim for awhile picked her up put her back in boat, repeated the same. After the third shot she stood in boat ,guess she had enough swimming.
I had a gun shy Rosie O'Donnell once. She would run and hide at just the sight. Didn't even like my bug-a-salt gun. Other than that a great dog. She is missed.
