I purchased a mk II 22/45 magazine new from a shop recently. I got it home, took it out of the package and put it in my 22/45 to try it out. It then proceeded to fall right back out...upon further inspection, I noticed that the magazine catch was completely absent :shock:

I contacted Ruger, then packaged the magazine up and sent it out via USPS last Tuesday, the 21st. I received my brand new magazine today, a 10 day turnaround! Not bad for travelling almost all the way across the country and back :D
 
They are good about it. I'm hoping I don't ever have to find out how good.
Ive never dealt with them on a firearm just parts.
