Great Ruger Customer Service

I purchased a mk II 22/45 magazine new from a shop recently. I got it home, took it out of the package and put it in my 22/45 to try it out. It then proceeded to fall right back out...upon further inspection, I noticed that the magazine catch was completely absent :shock:

I contacted Ruger, then packaged the magazine up and sent it out via USPS last Tuesday, the 21st. I received my brand new magazine today, a 10 day turnaround! Not bad for travelling almost all the way across the country and back

I've always had excellent customer service from Ruger any time I've had to use it.

They are good about it. I'm hoping I don't ever have to find out how good.
Ive never dealt with them on a firearm just parts.
