How easy is it to change the grips on a gp100? looking for smaller grips as the hogue ones are too large for my hands. Any advice on changing them would be appreciated

They are super easy to change, unless a screw driver is too much for you to handle.

There are plenty of other grips you should be able to find that are smaller than the Hogues.

But, I love Hogues personally. I see no need to change them.

Piece of cake. Be careful prying off the little extension piece that Hogue uses as a spacer. You have to spread it out to get it off, just don't spread it out more than you need to so if you ever want to go back to the Hogues, it will be usable. Installation of the Ruger fixed sight panel grips sounds like exactly what you are looking for. They are a no brainer install. I did it first try with no drama, and I am so mechanically challenged that I just about have to call a gunsmith to load a Ruger 10 round rotary rimfire magazine!

I should add that the fixed sight grips are your smallest option. The original Ruger adjustible sight panel grips are in between the fixed sight grips and the Hogues in size.
