Do any of the custom grip makers make custom grip panels for the GP/SRH?
Something like faux Ivory or mother of pearl, or stuff like that?

I do, and member '41 Magnum' does (see the rucurring items thread). Might be another fellow as well.
I don't think any of the artisans here uses a plastic faux ivory.
41 Magnum uses holly for an ivory look.
I use antler stag done smooth polished.
