Just picked up the SP101. I have both barrel lengths of the Super Redhawk in 454 so now just keeping an eye out for the SRH target grey in 44mag and 480 to complete the Target grey revolver collection.

1996 was the high point. Ruger put it on some of the P-series pistols too. After that it was limited to some rifle (I forget which one) and the Super Redhawk. The GP and SP were distributor specials is my understanding.
It is so easy to clean after a range trip but it can scratch. Maybe someday I'll luck into a deal.
