GP 100 6" HALF LUG STAINLESS

As you know, it's been out of production for a few years. Not 'rare' but somewhat uncommon - must have been a slow seller to be dropped. They do show up from time to time on Gunbroker.com and the other auction sites. I also think that folks that have them, like them and are hanging on to them. Nothing else quite like them in the market place.
I picked mine up off of Gunbroker.com a few years ago. :D

Mike, could you possibly post a picture of yours, please?
I'm kicking around the idea of having a local shop half or 2/3-lug the new 4" SP101 for me and being as the GP100 has a similar shaped barrel it should give me an idea of what the SP101 could end up looking like.

I had one of these and beat myself for ever trading it away. Very nice gun, I don't think they were super "rare", but certainly not as common as the full lug guns.

i have an opportunity to purchase one and they made it sound like they were VERY rare. thanks for the input. i don't have a 6' half lug. thanks again.

"vanbsnepdx",
It's all about price / condition. If the price (in spite of being "Very Rare") is with in your price / wants, then it's OK.
In other words, they may call it "vary rare" and still not have an outrageous price on it.

I'm not trying to push mine but if you want to take a look at a picture, look in the classifieds for my 6" blued which should be around page one or two.

Oh, no push. I saw you would like to see a picture and I thought mine would be easy to access.

Boy, BeagleDog, if it wasn't for the expense of shipping and transfer, I'd be in danger of coughing up the coin for that baby.
To the OP'er, I too love the 6" half lug, and I'm partial to blue.
Good luck to you both.
