Gold Bead sight for 4inch Redhawk?

Anyone know of such an animal? Keep in mind the 4inch uses a pinned sight. I have read that a blackhawk blade can be used with slight fitting but don't really want to fork out money and get a sight that it turns out I cannot use.

I'm really after a taller front sight. Factory one is .357. My POI is about 6 inches high at 25yds with my heavy Ruger only loads. I would be "ok" with a Hi-Viz front sight but I think it's the same height as factory. I emailed Hi-Viz but haven't heard back.

Alan Harton built me a custom front for my 4" RH using the blank front that Bowen sells. You might check and see if they have the height you need.

Jim Stroh may be able to make a custom gold bead front sight to fit your needs. Some years back he made one for my Colt Magnum Carry. You can pick the size of bead to fit your needs.

cool, do you happen to have any pics? How tall is it? What kind of loads are you shooting?

I have a 355gr WFN 1150fps 45 Colt load that I need to bring the POI down on. It groups good and is the load I shoot in my SBH Bisley Hunter at about 1200. I don't want to have to mess with the load for the RH. I want to use it for both guns.

Ron... You're gonna have to get 45 Colt off that barrel and get 454 put on there! Either that or just sell me that 454 cylinder

thanks for the pic, that looks real nice. Much nicer than a hiviz Imo and probably more durable as well. I may just end up having to get the parts from Bowen or Clement and take my gun to a local smith and have it installed.
