I'm looking at Georgia Arms .45 Colt/LC ammo and have a question about recoil.
In bulk ammo they offer 200gr and 250gr. I'm not familar with how the grain translates into recoil. Is the lighter grain snappier than the heavier grain round? I guess I'm trying to find out which would be the "softest" shooting. Maybe the grain doesn't have anything to do with it.
Does anyone make jacketed range ammo for the .45LC or is it all regular lead? I saw jacketed hollow point ammo but not plain ball ammo.
Any information/advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
