Does anybody make a taller front sight for the G P 100 ?

I think the factory set of 4 plastic sights are taller than the original, I had to file mine down quite a bit.

The Ruger 4 sight set was originally made for Redhawks and is a bit taller than a GP sight. Bowen also offers steel sights that are taller for the Redhawk which will work. At one time Millett made sights for Redhawks which could be used that where either orange or white blade rears.

The Redhawk sight is a little taller for sure because I have swapped them. That is probably what you want. The Super Redhawk sights I believe are taller also. They have one for the 44mag, the 454 and the 480. Give Ruger a call. Look for the part numbers on their website. The instruction manuals have all the parts numbers.

The redhawk sight will fit but is on continous backorder. Nevefr know when it will ship. Had one on order about a month......
