JDM, Welcome to the Forum......... only if its the "screw on " type of sight blade & body..the Supers are usually soldered on, and the stainless versions have a pinned in blade, so you'd have to drill a clearance hole for a 6x 40 screw to hold it onto the MK II barrel..............yes, the ramp style from a Super Single Six would work, some do NOT like the 'undercut' style blades that are found on the Mk II targets ( and Mk I & III).the key issue is to regulate the proper heigth of which ever you were going to use , with the existing rear ,adjustable sight...the 22's would be close, the Supers ,etc could be too high...........
Brownells and Midway have other makes of front sights that utilize a "screw-on" feature, the curve of the underside would be close enough to work, and could be easliy modified to "fit" exact ( match the curvatures)
