The company I am retired from used that technique when they had an
entitlement specialist they wanted to get rid of. If the guy quit, they were
not liable for anything.

Most that I knew of, experiencing that, only lasted a year or so.
This clown must have a very high tolerance for boredom. :shock:
 
Remember those old "Gorilla-proof" suitcases American Tourister used to make? The ad with the gorilla throwing the suitcase around was a real gem. Well, some 30 years ago, someone threw one of those out of a train, and it bounced several times on the platform, finally landing on a woman's head and breaking her neck. The family sued the manufacturer, even introducing the gorilla ad as evidence, and bankrupted the company.

Ours is a litigious society. We are suing each other into oblivion.
