Forum Not Operating Properly

This forum ("Ruger And Other Firearm Collecting") seems not to be operating properly. The posts are not in chronological order. The one at the top is dated July 23 from Flatgate, and it stays there as the most recent, but it is not, as there is one from July 29 about 10 or 12 posts down. There used to be a dozen or more new posts daily; now there are very few. What is going on? Black Dog
