First tornado of the year

Had a small one embedded in a storm pass thru about 4:30 today. Knocked out power for about 3 hrs, and blew down a couple of the nearby neighbors outbuildings. Missed me by about a mile. Hope it's not a portent of this coming spring. :roll:

Yep. Just about every spring. We had a real bad spell a few years ago. Some big ones that wiped out a couple towns, killed some folks. Been real quiet for a couple years now. No hurricanes, etc.
