Isn't it six pints of Guenness and a potato? Wait that might be an Irish 7 course meal. They do let you take the potato to go.I'm 75 and my wife's 72. We've noticed how much less we eat now. Between our metabolism slowing down as we age and being less physically active we don't require the calories we used to. Fifty years ago my doctor asked me what I eat. I told him a chicken & a six pack(seven course meal) or a steak. Now I eat a healthy diet and have a hard time keeping my weight up. I'm down to high school(17 yr old) weight now. 6'1" 190. Ten years ago I was 220lbs. We loose muscle as we age too which contributes to weight loss. I try to do some light arm & shoulder dumbell work plus pushups regularly. Use it or loose it is real.
