Yesterday another Red Eagle arrived :D Serial number 0078 now resides in the RPM stables. Just happen to have a spare cod box to house it in 8)

Well I think Rick should know that answer :lol: :lol: :lol: as he has had it in his hands :!: :!: :!: I can't remember either # 5 or # 7 was on Ricks table in T town a year or so ago....I think it might have been on loan....anyways it sure was nice to see it in person.....the # 4 collection didn't have the auto....and Chad said it was never made....still at the factory as pieces.....RR.

I think that it included the Red Eagle, but I'm not 100% sure. He was starting a collection of Security Sixes and was selling off his collection of Old Model Rugers. He also had 3 consecutive Factory Engraved Single-Sixes for sale at the time and I think he was asking $10,000 for them.

No, that #0004 wasn't in the Berger collection. I have two dates on the #0004 so it was probably shipped. One of my notes says it went to Sturm's dad, Justin.
As far as the other #000x and #00xx guns that were still at the factory as barreled receivers, heard that when the new heirarchy came in at Ruger that they were all scrapped. So the one and two digit guns that do exist outside the factory are even rarer than what they seem.
