Welcome to the Forum as well as a Happy Birthday, good for you , a nice one of the first year Super Bearcats (1971) and they stopped in 1974 ,,,took another almost 20 years to come out again with the New Bearcat, it too being all steel configuration....I notice the serial number is not written in white marker on the front side of the box facing the camera..........:unsure::cool:

Welcome to the forum. I once had one exactly like yours that I bought new back in 1972. They are a beautiful little revolver, mine also had the steel frame. I did not keep mine as my large hands just didn't go well with a small revolver and back then I couldn't afford to keep a revolver just as a keep sake if I wasn't going to be shooting it.
