If you have any copies of the magazine AFTER your paid it off, the should be able to find all your info from your membership number.

The gent I talked to had all my information, down to dates and amounts. The issue is, he cannot find a record of my final $525 payment. That is the big issue.

Dern,, I was hoping you could get it all resolved.

Well, MAYBE,, just maybe you could track down the bank that bought out your old bank & see if the records exist. I think they have laws about keeping records & such,, even when one closes. It may take a little bit of work & stern phone work,, but it may still be very possible.
Get a digital copy of that cancelled check, and you can prove your final payment.
