Do women need men? I say yes, they do.

My mother made sure I could cook clean and sew. She told me flat out, if you get married do it for love, not because you need a maid.

I don’t believe in gender roles.

In my estimation the only thing a man needs a woman for is to make a baby, same thing for a woman needing a man.

My daughter can shoot, protect herself, fix what needs fixing. She doesn’t need a man to take care of her.

While I found a lot of the stuff those females did quite funny,, I know just as many men,, myself included,, that have had "things" happen that were just as bad or funny.

But if you were watching it just for the comical reflections,, Good to go!

I raised/taught my Daughter same as my Sons. Basically, her only gender limitation is physical strength. In fact of the three, she's the one I wouldn't want to totally PYZZ off since she wouldn't back off when the fur started flying. The boys would stop to assess the results while she'd just keep on flogging.
When she worked for the County Prosecutor's office, there were some pretty rank 'dudes' who were uncharacteristically humble when sitting across the desk from her.

Just watched a short part of the Bear Grylis video and can see that the men were definitely not 'survival' types. It was almost funny. I do plan to watch the entire vid later.

So, two weeks ago the wife, dogs and I are down at the beach house we rent every year and I decide to go out and redo the lines on the flag pole out on the deck and steps down to the beach and put up a new pirate flag. With the wind blowing it was kind of a pain to get it redone and I also changed out one of the eye bolts that feeds the line... finally after fighting with the flag in the wind I get it all done and walk back up to the porch on the house where my wife has been sitting watching me. I say something to her about how that was a lot harder than I expected and she is just sitting there with a funny look on her face. I then turn around and looked at my work:

At least that is easily remedied. I suspect some of the women in that video were seriously injured. Some of those falls looked pretty bad.

I thought the same thing with the oil change lady. Very lucky oil was not at normal operating temperature 🔥

The one that landed on her back on top of the extension ladder that had stopped on top of the porch rail is very blessed if she did not sustain serious injuries.

My wife always said "I don't need a man" that is ...until she does. Every time something happens or breaks, she calls me. After the problem is fixed, I tell her, "Say it", to which she replies, "I need a man".

Don’t forget the occasional mouse or spider that needs to be taken care of. 😁
My brother makes his wife kill them! OTOH, he does know how to do carpentry & fix up his house. Stay in your lane and do what you do best & let her the things she's better at. Basically, my wife takes care of the finances/bills, investments and cooks steaks & ribs better than me and I do the physical labor around our home and MacGyver fix it projects.
