And that's the view from law enforcement that causes folks to walk away. The courts may, supposedly, treat you as innocent until proven guilty. But law enforcement always treats victims as guilty suspects until proven innocent.

In deep blue states they don't treat you as innocent until proven guilty. It's just the opposite -- they treat you as guilty until proven innocent!

Not entirely true. If you're a career thug, they'll just assume that it's the system's fault, not yours, and let you go scot free.
