I'm trying to compile a list of different 41 Mag models that Ruger has produced. As a lover of all things 41 Mag, I'd like to collect a representation that ruger has produced over the years. Correct me if I'm wrong and missing anything. So far:

BLUED
OMBH 4-5/8" BKH-41
OMBH 6-1/2" BKH-42
OMBH 4-5/8" Brass frame (BHK-41B approx 50)
OMBH 6-1/2" Brass frame (BHK-42B approx 160)

NMBH 4-5/8" BKH-41
NMBH flat top 4-5/8" (Williams Shooters Supply special run)
NMBH flat top 6-1/2" (Williams Shooters Supply special run) S416n
NMBH 6-1/2" BKH-42
Redhawk 5-1/2"
Redhawk 7-1/2"

STAINLESS
NMBH 5-1/2" Bisley (Acusport special run) KRBN-415W
NMSBH 7-1/2" Hunter KS-417NH
NMBH 7-1/2" Bisley Hunter (Davidsons special run) KS-417NHB
Redhawk 5-1/2"
Redhawk 7-1/2"

Welcome to the Forum!
Ok, in the OM's.
BKH-41
BKH-42
BKH-41B
BKH-42B
Now there are variations within these models concerning the serial number, (non-prefix & prefix,) "inc & non-inc", different ejector rods, different grip frame markings, different medallions in the grips, different rear sights, and don't forget the "D" (duplicate) guns.
So, you can have many variations within a specific model.
Then you have the NM's.
BN-41
BN-42
BN-41L
BN-42L
RB-41
RB-41W
KRBN-415W
S416N
S458N-41
And in the New Models, there are a BUNCH of variations. (Too many to list here.) But remember there are pre-warning & warning models that are easily noticed. As well as the "Liberty" ones.
In the Redhawks;
RH-415
RH-41
KRH-415
KRH-41
And again, a lot of variations within the models.

I may have missed a few, but it's what I could find quickly.

hittman has a point. The info I posted above came from the RENE Reference Guide. It comes with a paid subscription. WELL worth the $25 subscription price. It will give you all the details about the variations I mentioned.

Shame on you Ruger aficionados . New Model Rugers do not have BKH in the model number they have BN. Couldn't resist, Merry Christmas to all from a .45Colt person that also has .41 mags both BKH and BN.

And a couple more in the Redhawk family RH-41R & KRH-41R (w/ rings)
