Not really picking on Venmo here, I use it to collect payments in my business... I just think the way things are written to make something sound good when there is a good possibility it is not is kind of funny. I'm sure George Orwell is laughing at this. Got an email from Venmo and this is what it said,

"We're updating our Privacy Statement around how we collect data to improve your experience."

I'm just wondering exactly what they are going to be doing to "improve my experience? "

I think this is called "advertising"; think things like: Time Shares, various medicines, most cars and motorcycles, gun magazine reviews, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc ....

Don't worry the government is building the new Data Center up the road from you in Virginia. Will be the largest data center in the world, so they can keep track of all of us.
