No doubt, but not even close to a Darwin.

A Darwin is almost automatically issued when an idiot removes himself
from the gene pool, thus saving society from an on-going exposure to his
insanity. This guy simply put himself in jail by performing stupid acts that
did not involve injury.

I'll not comment about his first name. :roll:

Speaking of Darwin awards, they are now not being issued for those stupid
enough to place a loaded gun to their head and pulling the trigger.

Most of the Darwin awards or at least nominations are for folks that are no longer with us... for the reasons given above... one guy that lived... is the golfer that decided to wash his privates with one of those electric golf ball cleaners... seems he survived but is no longer able to reproduce.......

We had a guy in the local area here in Florida that was "celebrating' something and fired his shotgun straight up into the air; Hmmm gravity being what it is; Apparently the slug came straight back down and hit him in the neck injuring him. TOO bad it missed his head, it probably would have bounced off.
