And they truly believe they have a firm grasp on reality! GMAFB!The Academy Awards, and most of those other celebrity award shows, are just people who play dress-up make-believe for a living, giving "awards" to other people who play dress-up make-believe for a living.
I agree with you absoutely!. I suffer through them because of my wife, also TMC has beginning sometime in Feb. what they call 31 days of oscars, 31 days of "oscar" winning movies. Some are good and a lot are plain sick and again I suffer through the month. I spend most of the time playing on the computer or reading.I have absolutely no desire to watch the Academy Cowards.
1. Award shows
2. SOTU addresses
3. Debates
4. Soccer
All things I've never watched and dont plan to start watching
Another self-congratulating festival for drama club graduates. I'll pass.
The Academy Awards are a reminder that the left are perpetual high schoolers. Constantly having award contests for how pretty they are, how smart they are, how honorable they are, how well they sing, how well they act.
Soccer is not bad, I learned a little when the kids played it.
Man I love cricket. My wife got me into it. I hardly ever get to see it though. Also the last time we went to Adelaide we went to a Aussie Rules football game. That was entertaining. It helped that I had someone explaining the rules.
I worked with a Bull of a man who was going to play Rugby with a team for the first time. He came to work the next day with a broken collar bone. He said it was fun! He showed me his new bumper sticker. Said "Rugby players eat their dead.":LOL:Soccer, not so much but rugby, now there's a man's game.
And giving 2 cents attention to the opinion of people we pay to entertain us is probably the most ludicrous of all.
I am baffled as to how an industry that is supposedly controlled by Jews can be so supportive of a people who want to kill all Jews.
Metaphor alert.
Yeah, was robertdeniro and jimmytwatkimmel there ? :poop: :poop: :poop:Well how did it go?
I read a news story a while back about an Australian rugby player who was having a lot of trouble with one of his fingers, because it had been broken so many times. His solution was, cut it off so I can keep playing.I worked with a Bull of a man who was going to play Rugby with a team for the first time. He came to work the next day with a broken collar bone. He said it was fun! He showed me his new bumper sticker. Said "Rugby players eat their dead.":LOL:
