"D" S/N GP100

Local guy has for sale a like new 6" GP100, stainless, with the box and all the goodies. The GP's don't excite me much but ...... this one has a "D" s/n prefix.

Is the "D" adding much of a premium on a GP this new?

Well I`ll type what I know & maybe some more will chime in ???

The "D" is for a BOO-BOO at the factory 2 got thru with the same serial # & 1 of em got the "D" for duplicate !

I`ve only seen pics of it somewhere on the boards but the "D" will look different , lighter or larger stamped ????

As far as adding a premium , I feel if it was NIB it may add to the price but used as a shooter no , I would consider it a "hey look at this " peice!!

Need to ADD : These are sought after by collectors no matter of the model !!!!
