Folks have been complaining about Vista keeping primer prices high. FWIW, I've seen companies that were thinking about selling/merging go out of their way to maximize profits, so they could get a better price when they sold/merged. That may have been what Vista was doing with their primer & ammo prices, the past year or two. Will the Czechs lower prices for the company's products? Who knows...
