I have been trying to contact him So I can send a cylinder to him .Anyone know if he is still in business.

Last communication I had with him was that he had to put it on hold due to health reasons.

Figured Id just do it myself as its not very hard. Just ordered the reamer too. Good cutting oil and going slow it the word.

That doesn't look like the proper tool for the job unless you have some serious machine tools to run it. The reamer and pilots that Brownells sells is the way to go for the home smith.

29/64 = 0.453125, so that may be a bit oversized.
 
I just looked at the reamer in question specs say it opens 45 to .4510??
not the 452.5 we are looking for Am I mistaken?? This is the one from Brownells.

The Manson Reamer from Brownell's open the throats to .4525 which is optimum for both cast and jacketed bullets.
