Single-Sixer
Hello everybody, I have had this rifle for about ten years or so and the time has come for me to sell it. I will post it in the classifieds section soon, but I could sure use some info on what you all think it might be worth. I recently received my first copies of the RENE, but haven't had the time to read it all, and I am not sure if it covers custom rifles or not. I shot the rifle several times when I first got it and it is very accurate, then I decided I needed to put the scope on something else so it has been sitting in the back of the safe for quite a while. The only problem with the gun is the finish on the stock, the wood is great with no scratches, but the clear-coat has developed some fine spiderweb type lines throughout the entire stock. The coating is pretty thick and I dont know what caused the cracking, heat, cold, arid climate? So that would need refinished but the wood itself is excellent. It came with a folder of info about the guy that built it that is shown in the last several pics, but any additional input about the builder or gun would be greatly appreciated. Again, I will move this to the classifieds section if I can get a ballpark figure on what it might be worth, but I would sure be open to offers if someone here would like to have it. I could post more pics of any particular parts of the gun if needed, just let me know. Thank you in advance for your help and input, Mike.
