City Marshal????

Saw a vaquero so marked today and while kinda cool ,it just did not smell right. Have not been able to search-fu any info of such a beast to verify what it is supposed to be. What I saw was a 5 1/2 Vaquero in 45 colt with a un-fluted cyl. On the sides it was marked in two places "City Marshal "with a five pointed star and some kind of seal. Looked like laser etched into the cyl. Frame was Ruger's fake case color The weird part was a Bisley hammer and a standard XR3-red grip frame and walnut panels.
Is this a real gun or somebody's combination of leftover parts ?

Mo-Stuff....was it for sale...it would be fun just to have...I need Mo-Stuff too.

Well I guess from the resounding silence that is not a legitimate kind of gun. Too bad it seemed interesting. Never seen a smooth , non roll engraved non-fluted cylinder on a 45.
It was for sale at a price that was ok for something cool and collectable but too much for a parts Bubba piece.
