Marital Selective hearing shipmate. Which can also lead to practices that make you go blind! LOL. But I'm more of a Ruger Deerstalker .44 Mag Ruger Carbine Guy, Got to admit that way back then I bypassed the Camp guns for the .44 Mag carbine. But times change, maybe not so much people?

I see from your initial post that is now a 21 pound spring. I didn't notice what it came from with the factory originally. On my Camp 9, the spring was I think an 11 or 11.5. Now with the new buffer I had installed, the spring is now a 16.5.

Dont feel bad. My wife tells me I'm going deaf too. Especially at nighttime when I'm watching TV. She says: It's too loud ! Every single day.....I think maybe that's how a wife tells us they love us ?? Well....maybe ??

The camera focused on the background. I didn’t notice until I went to crop it to post. By then the gun vault was secured. I didn’t feel like going through the security measures to get another picture. I figured it was good enough to show the handle. Didn’t think I’d cause anybody to rush to the eye dr. .

@Star43 yes I have a 21 lb spring now for .45acp. 16 lb is correct for your 9mm. I believe the originals were 10 lb for both calibers.

My wife constantly says she said something I didn’t hear when she's next to me. But I can hear her on the phone half a house away through 2 closed doors.
