Cheapest place to buy a 10/22?

Ok guys im wanting to pick me up another 10/22. I want just the standard carbine with wood stock. The cheapest place so far I can find is buds at $233 shipped. Anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

My local Academy's only have the take down model and no Wal-Mart near me sells firearms

Personally, I'd gladly pay a few dollars more and just buy via my local dealer. Support the local shop where you're a name and face and not just a customer number.

Likely wrong time of year to get the lowest price, but then current 10/22s are not investments, but made for fun.

Right now they have the synthetic stock 10/22 for something like $189.00. Believe they charge a whopping $20 shipping to your FFL.

Academy and Dicks usually have them for about $189. Watch the Sunday papers to see the sales.

They regularly, like every few months, go on sale for under $200. If you're not in a rush, you could wait for a sale. If you are in a rush, well time is money.

I hate to buy guns there but I was looking at a marlin mod 60 the other day at a local walmart it was about 230 for stainless with birch stock . they also had a 10-22 there im thinking it was 10 or 12$ more than the marlin .

Palmetto State Armory has them on sale for under $200 most of the time.
I got the plastic stock with the SS bbl for $199.
