Caldwell Rimfire Rotary Magazine Charger for 10/22

Anyone out there know about the above titled 10/22 rotary magazine loader. Saw this item on
Optics Planet for sale but there are conflicting reviews about how well it works. If not do you know of any rapid loaders for the rotary magazines for the 10/22 in .22LR. Thanks for any replies.

Loading 10-22 type mags requires at least two different movements so I have serious doubts as to the mechanics of a 'rapid loader' that actually works.
The way it works here is the teenagers have to load TWO mags for each ONE mag they empty. That way Papaw always has a loaded mag waiting.
