Does anyone know what year Ruger changed the Blackhawk trigger in the standard blued model from a blackened trigger to a stainless trigger?

I have a 1974 and it has a black trigger and I've seen some pictures of some in the 80s and even early 90s with black triggers, but then I've seen some from the mid to late 90s with stainless triggers as well.

Maybe chet15 will come along with the answer. He's the publisher of the RENE, & historian of such info.

It may not be an exact date,, because when Ruger was building guns,, and a minor change like that came along,, parts would be dumped in a bin,, and the assemblers would pull from the top. Blued ones could be on the bottom, and get installed months & even years later.

My 1998 NMBH .41 mag is two-tone. Black on front and rear of trigger. Shiny steel (I assume stainless) on the sides, same for the hammer.
