The Mark II has a Volquartsen trigger kit in it and is now sporting a left thumb rest Hogue warp around grip. The Ambi. grip has been moved to the Mark III. The Mark III has a Sam Lam bushing to eliminate the mag safety as well as having the same lens covers as the Mark II. I also has to stone a little material off of the pin on the spring housing to make disassembly and reassembly easier. I have also reblued the pin.

WOW! You didn't just switch the upper and frame...you swithced the barrels too! Very nice. Now, you just need to get the bi-tone Match dot for them. 8)

Ruger made a MKII two tone, KMK 5 1/2-S the "S" was for stainless frame. Let me find a good pic of one for ya... guy here has 2 nice ones... 1gunsnotenough. think i'll still his pic for ya.

Bootlegger ... I (my 14yr old daughter) have a MKIII 2-tone like the bottom one in your picture ... SS frame & barrel .. blue reciever. Beautiful gun !!! Shoots great too. Would sure like to have the upper one in your pic to match it !!! My MKII & the MKIII I have .. eat anything ya fead em ... GREAT Guns !!
