BKH30 10" .357's

They are out there... just gotta beat the pavement to find them.
Ruger collecting seriously is a treasure hunt!! I've said for a long time that probably only 20% at most of the rarest Rugers have ever been put away into a collection. The other 80% are in somebody's closet or lock box without the slightest idea of the rarity. The only exception is the factory Engraved Single-Six of which around 50% have been accounted for.

The two that you just reported were sold last week at auction for $1700 for the pair (plus premium). They are shooter grade and one has had the grips checkered, but still, that is a nice price for two BKH30s.

I think most of us would pay $850 for one …. Even with modified grips!!

Went To A Gun Auction Sat. They Had A Ruger 357 Mag. Flat Top. They Said Was 1957. With A 12 In. Bbl. ZERO Bluing Left. After Market Pearl Grips. VERY WELL Used. If Memory Serves The Ser. No. Was 7996. It Went For $ 950.00. I Just Couldn't See Paying That. What Do You Guys Think. Thank You.
