Is this an original 1959 10 Year Pin?

Can any of the collectors help me identify this item? I believe this may be an original 1959 "10 YEAR" gift given to employees after 10 years of service with Sturm Ruger. Background: my father in-law started with SR in 1962, but we have (2) ten year pins and (1) 25 year pin. Based on service years, that would be 1972 and 1987 respectively. ( see picture with both pins) The one in the attached pictures is noticeably different. 1) "10 YEAR" is formed in raised letters. 2) back of pin is labeled "sterling". 3) post is threaded with a screw on clasp 4) It is in a SR branded box with matching " sterling" label. What do you guys think? I plan on listing them on EBay, but like to provide as much information as possible.

IMHO yes. I just looked at mine and its just like yours.
