What year did ruger start making the blue Bisley Super Blackhawk and about what ser nm. were these?

Ruger started selling the bisleys in 1985.
Per RENE, the earliest known 44 bisley is sn 85-40742.

I picked up a blue bisley and it has a ghost ring rear sight blade. I really don't care for this blade and would like to trade it for a regular blade if anyone has one otherwise I will get it from ruger.
