Bear Defense Targets

I am an advocate for bear spray and this IS NOT INTENDED TO RE-START THAT DEBATE. I do carry a sidearm while hunting as well as spray.

BUT, Amazon does have some Alaska State Parks Brown Bear Defense paper targets for sale. Caution: Read the FINE PRINT!: Total costs vary widely==one has a $25 shipping fee for 10 targets, another has -0- shipping fee for 100 targets.

You gave me an idea. I have a bear sized oak stump in my backyard that I could do a little chainsaw carving on this coming spring. Might be fun to carve it and then shoot it. Thanks. :mrgreen:

I checked: Action Targets is currently 0.36 With shipping and tax, Fifty targets come to $31.40. Amazon has 100 targets for $39 ($43, with taxes and no SHPPING!
