The meat market must love you. :lol: There's something about cooking meat over fire that's good for a guys attitude [or maybe it's the couple of beer's that go along with it] My smoker consists of a section of 55 gal. drum, toped with a Weber kettle grill cover with a candy/deepfry thermometer placed in the vent, sitting over a small fire in my firepit. I call it my hillbilly smoker.
