Since there's no word yet on what new for 2016, here is a short list of what Lipsey's has right now. #1 A's in 280 and 7-08, #1B's in 22-250 and 223, #1H's in 375 H&H, 450-400, and 458 Lott, the #1S in 30-06, and the #1KV in 223. Some of these are probably clean up guns, but they do exist. Bob! :D

I have long thought about the 1s in '06, but rumors of the 2016 offerings means I have to save my pennies. Can't get 2 in one year.

Ok, I got word today the 2017's ARE COMING! Finalizations are done and just awaiting a more solid time frame on availability/shipping before they're announced. Expect some new twists. ;)

umm, I took the "new twists" as meaning something different visually not so much referring to the actual twist rates.

this kinda "new twist"?

(I'm still hoping for a No1S in 8x57!)

I don't see why this comes up in various Number 1 threads, I guess I fail to see the humor

There are a lot of people out there who like shiny things. That would probably fit many tastes.... :?

I hope that some of the new twists are better and more consistent wood quality and wood / metal fit.

Skipping right over the 2016s?
I guess some may not have their order yet, did you order a 2016 ?
It took some persistence but I did get my .257 Roy.

I ordered a one of the 2015 K1Vs right after they were announced. I got it in April of this year. Not complaining, it's a nice rifle. It's just that they announced 2015 models and now they're talking 2017.

Yep, confusing, I said mine was a 2016, but was a 2015, ordered Feb of last yr, received in Oct.
No, we are talking 2016, or at least I am.

Like this, as this correctly states: http://www.rugerforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=234240

I do keep them in different safes. Maybe if I put them together in the same safe. In the dark.

I see Lipseys has only one gun listed on their website, a 257 Wby. Allocated of course. I have been waiting on one since the day they were announced.

It took me 8 months to get mine & I ordered through a dealer that sells a lot of Lipsey rifles, that just might matter, but I can't say with total certainty.
