AR-556 Front Sling Mount

[Ruger Nut]

Being the AR-556 does not come with a front sling mount, I need ideas as to what you other AR-556 owners are putting on yours. Any advice, opinions, and ideas, are greatly appreciated. Pics would be nice too. Thanks!

I don't have a picture of mine at the moment, but I just bought one online from somewhere. It's just a QD stud with a sling swivel. Basic, but does its job.

I do have a 20% off coupon from Ruger, so, I might as well use it to buy these mounts. I can keep it 100% Ruger that way.

If you're referring to the Ruger AR556 all you need is a push button Sling swivel. They look like this: http://www.amazon.com/Best-Heavy-Bu...spons&keywords=push+button+sling+swivel&psc=1

Trot down to your local gun shop or order one from any gun supply mail order.

It will attach in that little hole in the underside [under the barrel] of the gas block.
