Maybe this is one of those "karma" things

cleaning out the wallet and found 15$C stuffed back. Not enough to go to bank for exchange,
I'm thinking the two bills to some one will just cost me a stamp.

Now "thinking" a little more, if some one is able to use. I have some coins scattered about I need to get a count and see if shipping becomes a problem.
