I saw a GP for sale today that may match somebody up for a consecutive pair. It's 177-99999.

An interesting gun. If they didn't accidentally "duplicate" serial numbers here and there, and if 170-00000 was actually made (not sure that it was), that would be the 800,000th GP100 ever made. Would go great with 178-00000 which shipped in 2016.

That's a good gun if you're playing Liar's poker with firearms. Five nine's and a pair of sevens is a strong hole card.

Don't know about anybody else, but I always look at serial numbers, and am often willing to pay more for guns with serial numbers that are of interest!
