Any Ruger American durability issues???

Looking to get one of these but before I do........Anybody having any issues with durability of their Ruger American rifle?? With the mags?? Thanks, Bill

No problems with mine. I have one in 308 and a rimfire 22LR. So far I have read nothing but good reviews.

Not sure what you're looking for. Only out about 1.5 years, not a gun I would put thousands of rounds through. That said, it's now my go-to deer rifle, essentialy replacing my much heavier (3 lbs.) No. 1B in .270 Win. I'd clearly do it again. If I had the extra cash I'd also get the RAR in .223 for a coyote rifle.

I just added a post with some targets I shot with mine. Definitely a shooter.

I'd not say it's too early to hear about dourability issues.

If they show up in the first year there is definitely a problem!

With Ruger, I suspect there won't be any major issues, just my guess.
