another US court system failure . . . .

How can they be held for that when they can't be liable for wrongly convicting someone?
Guy here in S.C. spent several years in prison until the State Supreme Court threw out his conviction ... vote was four to one and in their decision they not only said the judge should have dismissed the case the first day the prosector should have never brought it to trial....
our crooked state attorney general then appealed the decision, the court can not by law respond to the appeal for 30 days, which meant the guy spent another month in prison. the really sad news is the attorney general is now running for governor. His name is Alan Wilson.
