Another Super Blackhawk

I was handed a stainless super that someone had removed the grip frame. I don't know which screw goes where. I have 1 long one, 1 intermediate, 2 medium, and 1 short. Can someone tell me?

You should have one short one that goes in front of the trigger guard. Two medium ones that go at the top of the grip, just below the trigger. The long one goes on the left side of the gun(underneath) at the back of the trigger guard and retains the hammer pin if it was installed properly. The intermediate one goes on the right side opposite the long one.

Chris, thank you for this information. One other thing: Does the long screw go in the left side (revolver upside down or right side up)? Will it make a difference? I got it put together and it works. My major problem was the trigger spring. Must have assembled it 6 times before I finally saw the problem (old and slow). I don't remember if the long screw is on the left or right.

You can't put the long screw in wrong. If it doesn't go all the way in, put it on the other side.
