A couple days ago while moving my recliner I somehow managed to what I thought at the time was hyperextended my rigjht knee.
This is nothing new, I've done it a time or two on dirtbikes and in martial arts.
I figured take it easy for a couple days and it would be find.
Well its not, its worse.
I believe I've either torn my meniscus or my ACL, either one is bad news and won't heal on its own and requires surgery.
I've had my left knee done twice and I think my right done twice too but I'm not sure on that, I know at least once.
Since I've had somewhere around 18 orthopedic surgeries to repair wrist, ankles knees, elbows and shoulders I'm kind of lost it exactly what I've had done to what.
I'll give it this weekend wareing my brace with the two steel hinges in it, but if its not at least where I can walk without the brace Monday, its off to my orthopedic surgeon as soon as he can see me to get a MRI when figure out what's going on but I think I already know thank I'm going to have to go under the knife to get my knee fixed.
Ain't life grand LOL.
