This was banded with the cup in a non original box, I know there are not a lot of these cups around. Notes say only 250 made. I doubt the cup was an annual gift as I'm thinking they would have had more employees that that.Maybe it was only given to those who qualified... See Pic... Any comments? Anyone know for sure?

The note seems to answer why so few were made. Safety appreciation "bonus".
At one time employees could tirn in safety sugestions, if the suggestion was adopted they got some thing like this, also gift cards in later years if I remember correctly
